John brings over 28 years of involvement in the insurance industry.  He operated his own agency for 23 years.  John’s extensive experience as a business owner and five years as a business consultant has provided great insight to assist agency principals to enhance their business.  His degree in marketing and economics enhances his ability to offer help in strategic planning, cash flow management and successful marketing campaigns.  As a Regional Manager for the Iroquois Group Southwest, John is responsible for increasing agency membership and enhancing relationships with member agencies and member carrier partners in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.

Mike brings over 17 years of experience as a highly involved insurance professional in management, operations, marketing, and due diligence.  He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Strategic Management and Marketing, which help in business planning, benchmark/goal setting, operations, cash flow, and marketing campaigns.  Mike developed his own agency prior to being a marketing manager throughout the state of California.  Finally, before transitioning over to the Iroquois Group, Mike worked as an insurance consultant for California, Oregon, and Washington specializing in rehabilitation, business development and marketing strategies.  As Regional Manager for the Iroquois Group Southwest, Mike is responsible for agency membership and enhancing relationships with our carrier partners.
